The Arkansas Department of Education has launched a comprehensive website – – To highlight the Arkansas Learning Code and its implementation.

The site contains a copy of the final law signed by Governor Sarah Sanders as well as executive orders related to LEARNS.

In addition, the LEARNS website also includes a Working Groups section with information about which groups will develop recommendations for the rulemaking process, as well as information about ADE transparency dashboards, student statistics, school districts, and staff.

“We promised the governor, lawmakers and the public that we would implement the LEARNS Act faithfully and transparently, and this new website helps us deliver on that commitment,” said Education Secretary Jacob Oliva.

“The site serves as another communication tool that promotes the sharing of educational information with students, parents and teachers,” added Oliva.
