• Samuel Patrick Williams made his first appearance for a parole violation. Joel Waters was hired as a consultant. The parole revocation hearing session will be determined by an administrative law judge. Williams is being held without bond.
• Donald Ray Martin initially appeared on interference charged with official actions, invalid driver’s license charges and failure to surrender an emergency vehicle charge. Martin pleaded guilty to all charges. On the interference charge, the fine is $250 with $37.50 additional charges and $60 court costs totaling $347.50. The driver’s license fee fine is $260 with an additional $39 and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine for failure to file a fee is $135 with an additional fee of $20.25 and $55 in court costs totaling $210.25.
• Ryan Douglas Edwards first appeared in an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The Public Defender’s Office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 am on May 8th. A no-contact order has been issued to the protected party.
• Yohan Gomez failed to appear for a preliminary hearing regarding driving under an arrest and without insurance premium. The court found Gomez guilty of both counts. The fine for driving while suspended is $250 with an additional $37.50 and $60 in court costs totaling $347.50. The fine for no insurance is $325 with an additional fee of $48.75 and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
• Robert Tyrrell Bowen initially appeared while driving under a suspension and an indecent endangerment charge. A pre-trial conference on driving under a suspended charge is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 17 at the Magistrates’ Court. The Public Defender’s Office is appointed as counsel for the indecent endangerment charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 8. A no-contact order is issued to the protected party.
• Clinton Pets Square appeared initially with no insurance fee, no registration fee operation and drive under hold fee. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 15 in the Magistrates’ Court.
