The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 am on May 5th. A pre-trial hearing for the drug paraphernalia charge is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 17 at the Magistrates’ Court.

• Cristian Georgina Morales Castañeda was initially found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The Public Defender’s Office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 5. An evaluation for drug use was ordered with the results presented to the court.

• Adriana Berenice Herrera Paez has initially appeared charged with third-degree robbery. Jeff Hazen has been appointed as a consultant. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 5.

• Charles Lloyd Loudermilk, Jr. appeared for the first time on charges of violating parole. The parole revocation hearing session will be determined by an administrative law judge. Loudermilk is being held without bond.

• John Paul Hollin was initially shown driving while prohibited charging and driving under a suspension charge. Hulin will hire his own lawyer. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 am on May 5th.

• Grant Edward Mitlin appeared for the first time on a marijuana possession charge and a drug paraphernalia charge. The Public Defender’s Office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 5. An evaluation for drug use was ordered with the results presented to the court.

• Joseph Ryan Fristad appeared initially charged with marijuana possession at the second. Fristad will hire his own lawyer. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 am on May 5th. An evaluation for drug use is ordered with the results presented to the court.
