Track your website traffic and digital marketing activity with Google Analytics
Google Analytics has been in the news recently as they are about to launch their latest version, Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics is a free tracking tool that you can “plug in” to your website builder and it will track all visitor activity within your website.
Most website builders will have some tutorial or place where you can embed Google Analytics. It records interesting statistics such as how many visitors visit your website, how long they spend on your website on average, how long they spend on each page, how many pages they visit on average, and which pages they visit before leaving.
If you have universal code (currently called Google Analytics) on your website, set up the new Google Analytics 4 tool and add the code to your website and your traffic will continue to be tracked. This blog will be published after the June 30, 2023 deadline, so Universal will stop tracking your web data in advance.
