Cambria County Judicial Judges John Prebysh Jr., Kevin Price, and Rick Varner have been re-certified to serve as members of the Pennsylvania Judiciary after completing a continuing legal education course.
Conducted by the Minor Judicial Education Board (MJEB) and the Administrative Office of the Courts of Pennsylvania (AOPC), the Education Program for MDJs is conducted at the Pennsylvania Judicial Center in Harrisburg. The 32-hour educational program is designed to keep MDJs up-to-date on a variety of legal topics and management techniques needed to efficiently and fairly adjudicate cases and oversee a judicial district court office.
