Kodama Diseno Architects is responsible for the design. Illustrations shared with YIMBY reveal how the building will reimagine the property, with interior landscaping and pedestrian paths that move across the new campus. The renovated buildings will become town house style units with doors facing the open space. The six-storey flats will be wrapped in white and red panels, articulated with different material setbacks and stains to reduce the visual volume. The shops will directly overlook Church Street.
