CEYLON – Today, April 15th, is Community Day’s Big Auction
Ceylon starts at 8:30 a.m. using two or three episodes throughout the day, while also doing several garage sales. Just a reminder to treat other people’s possessions with respect. There are many people who visit the city but there are people who live in the city and have private property here. There are garage sale maps available, just ask. There’s a back room scavenger hunt for the Lake Belt Bar and Grill with proceeds going to the nonprofit group Helping Hands of Ceylon. The bar will serve but the grill will not be used. There are many food vendors ready to serve. Enjoy bargain hunting
Runny day.
Congratulations to the former resident of Ceylon, Joel Theis, and his bride, Gloria Martin, are celebrating today. Also, congratulations to longtime Ceylon resident Jack Schultz, who turned 85 on April 7th.
